This is Who I Am

Andala Coffee House is thrilled to partner with American Repertory Theater for this production of This Is Who I Am, a new play about an estranged father and son who reconnect over Zoom from their respective kitchens in Ramallah and New York City to recreate a cherished family recipe.

 

American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University is a leading force in the American theater, producing groundbreaking work that is driven by risk-taking and passionate inquiry. A.R.T. seeks to expand the boundaries of theater by programming transformative theatrical experiences, always including the audience as a central partner.

Special Menu Ingredients

Hummus

Chickpeas, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Tahini Sauce, Salt, and topped with olive oil, Parsley and vegetables. Served with a side of Arabic Bread.

Foole Mudames

Fava beans, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Tomatoes, Parsley, Olive oil, Salt and Pepper. Served with a side of Arabic Bread. 

Chicken Khalili

Chicken Breast, Sumac, Onions, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Jalapeños, Vegetable oil,  and wrapped in Arabic bread with Tahini Sauce and a side of hummus.

Lentil Soup

Red Split Lentils, Carrots, Onion, Potatoes, Garlic, Olive oil, Jalapeños (optional), Salt, Pepper, Cumin, Curry, and Cayenne pepper. 

Falafel Sandwich

Homemade Falafel made with Chickpeas, Parsley, Onions, Garlic, Cumin, Salt, Pepper and wrapped in Arabic bread with lettuce, pickles, hummus and tahini sauce.

Spinach Pie(Fteer)

Bread Dough(Pizza Dough), Fresh Spinach, Onions, Lemon Juice, Tomatoes, Sumac, Black Pepper and Salt. Served With a side of green salad.

Falafel Plate

Homemade Falafel made with Chickpeas, Parsley, Onions, Garlic, Cumin, Salt, Pepper and served with a side of green salad, hummus and tahini sauce.

Nammourah

Semolina flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Yoghurt, Butter, Shredded Coconut, Eggs, Orange Zest, And Rose water. 

Baklawa

Walnuts, Cinnamon, Sugar, Clarified Butter, Filo Dough, Sugar Syrup, topped with shredded Pistachios.

Knafeh

Kataifi Dough, Mozzarella Cheese, Butter, Rose Water, Sugar Syrup and topped with Shredded Pistachios.
